We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any official carrier location.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a Fashion Nova e-gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
